Using this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes and to learn about Advanced Coaching services. The website provides general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy, emergency assistance, or a guarantee that a particular service is suitable for you.

Information is kept under review, but we do not promise that every page will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; those websites are responsible for their own content and services.

Enquiries and your coaching contract

Submitting a consultation form is a request to discuss coaching. It does not oblige you to purchase and does not, by itself, create a coaching contract. A contract is formed only when the agreed service, price, start date, delivery format, minimum term (if any), and any package-specific conditions have been confirmed in writing and your booking or payment has been accepted.

Where a package-specific agreement or written booking confirmation differs from these general terms, the package-specific document will apply to that service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that UK consumer law gives you.

Services may include one-to-one, online, group, powerlifting, strength and conditioning, body-transformation, or general nutrition coaching. The exact coaching contact, programme access, review schedule, venue, and duration depend on the package you select.

Your responsibilities

To make coaching safe and effective, you agree to:

A parent or legal guardian must agree to coaching for a client under 18 and remain involved as reasonably required. Junior group sessions are intended for the stated age range and remain subject to suitability, safeguarding, and venue arrangements.

Prices, payment, and package changes

The price, payment date, billing frequency, included services, and any minimum commitment will be provided before purchase in a form you can keep. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before coaching or programme access begins. You are responsible for keeping payment and contact details accurate.

If a payment is overdue, we may pause future coaching, check-ins, or programme access after giving reasonable notice. We will not change the price of an already-paid fixed package. Any change to an ongoing package will be communicated before it takes effect, and your written package terms will explain how you may end the service.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

Your booking confirmation or package agreement will state the notice needed to rearrange a session, the treatment of missed appointments, and how either party may end an ongoing package. If Advanced Coaching must cancel a booked session, we will normally offer a reasonable alternative or credit or refund the affected session where rescheduling is not possible.

If you are a consumer and enter a coaching contract entirely at a distance or away from our business premises, you will usually have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, beginning the day after the contract is made, unless an exception applies. If you expressly ask us to start the service during that period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for service already supplied. If the service has been fully performed during that period following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end. These rules do not limit remedies you may have where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or as agreed.

To cancel, email advancedcoaching0@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model wording below, but you do not have to:

Any refund due under law will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise and within the applicable legal timeframe.

Health, exercise, and nutrition

Exercise carries inherent risks. Coaching can reduce avoidable risk through appropriate planning and instruction, but it cannot remove all risk of injury or illness. You remain responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate, working within your capabilities, and seeking advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where you have symptoms, a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or post-partum, or are uncertain about exercise or dietary changes.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help if you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden injury, or other concerning symptoms. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.

Nutrition coaching is general, evidence-informed coaching about habits, meal planning, performance, and body composition. It is not medical nutrition therapy and does not replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian, particularly for allergies, eating disorders, diagnosed conditions, medication interactions, pregnancy, or specialist dietary needs.

Progress and results

Training and physique outcomes vary with starting point, health, adherence, recovery, lifestyle, and other individual circumstances. Testimonials and illustrative images show examples only. Advanced Coaching will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill, but no particular weight loss, muscle gain, performance result, competition outcome, or timescale is guaranteed.

Programmes and intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content and coaching materials—including programmes, templates, written guidance, branding, photographs, and videos—belong to Advanced Coaching or are used with permission. A paying client receives a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use supplied coaching materials for their own training during the agreed access period. You must not sell, publish, copy for others, or commercially exploit those materials without written permission.

Communication, technology, and events outside our control

Online coaching relies on internet, email, and third-party platforms. We will take reasonable steps to restore or provide an alternative where a material technical issue affects an agreed service, but short interruptions may occur. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, provided the affected party communicates promptly and takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

Coaching support is not monitored as an emergency service. Response arrangements, working hours, and check-in frequency are determined by your package.

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the paragraph above, Advanced Coaching is not responsible for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, results affected by inaccurate or withheld information, your failure to follow reasonable safety guidance, misuse of a programme or equipment, or a third-party service outside our reasonable control. Services are supplied for personal use; business losses are not covered unless expressly agreed in writing.

Ending services and complaints

Either party may end a service as provided in the package agreement. We may pause or end coaching on reasonable notice where there is non-payment, unsafe or abusive conduct, repeated failure to provide information needed to coach safely, serious breach of the agreement, or a breakdown in the working relationship that cannot reasonably be resolved. Accrued rights and clauses intended to continue after termination are unaffected.

If you have a concern, please email advancedcoaching0@gmail.com with the relevant details. We will aim to acknowledge the complaint promptly and seek a fair resolution.

Privacy, changes, and governing law

Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The version accepted when a service is purchased will continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed or properly notified.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Questions about these terms can be sent to advancedcoaching0@gmail.com or raised by telephone on 07450 203606.
